This section becomes visible by activating the related question in the settings page.

In some countries, it's common to celebrate the wedding far away from big population areas. In such cases, sometimes the wedding organization decides to arrange transportation to make the event more enjoyable for guests.

In this section, the organizers can register information about the kind of buses that are available. This information will be used un upcoming releases to assign guests to buses, maximizing the cohesion between people sharing the same bus.

Statistics​

Displays three key metrics:

  • Projected: number of guests in invited, confirmed or tentative statuses that have not rejected the bus service (which is selected by default in the RSVP form).
  • Confirmed: out of the guests that have confirmed their attendance, how many will use the bus service.
  • Total seats: the sum of the seats of all buses in the righthand table. The color of this card will change depending on how it compares to the projected and confirmed numbers:
    • If the total seats count is greater or equal than the projected number, it's green. It means that if all guests chose to use the bus, there would be enough seats for them.
    • If the total seats count is greater or equal than the confirmed number, but less than the projected number, it's orange. It means that there are enough seats for guests confirmed so far, but if all guests invited wanted to use this service, there would not be room for them.
    • If the total seats count is less than the number of guests confirmed, it's red.
